PLEASE NOTE: Customised/ Made-to-order garments, accessories such as scarves and stoles and any items bought on sale can't be returned or exchanged either online or at our offline stores.


PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM:

We advice the customer to check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.

In case of any discrepancy, please leave a suitable remark at the time of receipt.

In case the product is damaged or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been sent, kindly contact www.zhaviahstudio.com at zhaviahstudio@gmail.com.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product/s until a set of instructions from www.zhaviahstudio.com regarding the same is received.

In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email www.zhaviahstudio.com at zhaviahstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Do not return any product/s to www.zhaviahstudio.com before receiving a confirmation email from www.zhaviahstudio.com for the same. In case you wish to return a product, write to us at zhaviahstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our team will email you with details on how to return said product.

In case you email us with regards to returning a product, your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that www.zhaviahstudio.com shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customers' emails.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products to www.zhaviahstudio.com, over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from www.zhaviahstudio.com are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products are to be returned to www.zhaviahstudio.com in its original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by our team at the time of return confirmation.

Safe receipt of defective product by www.zhaviahstudio.com is sole responsibility of the customer.

www.zhaviahstudio.com shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then www.zhaviahstudio.com shall make the necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.
